REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

We offer a 7-day refund/exchange policy from the date of purchase. Items may be returned/exchanged unless clearly stated.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

​

• A return address sticker is included on the back of your parcel bag – you may reuse this packaging or use your own.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, free from makeup, deodorant or perfume marks, and with all original tags attached. Please take care when trying on products.

• Enclose a short note with your order number inside the parcel so we can process your refund correctly.

SENDING YOUR PARCEL

• We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

• Keep your return receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been issued.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

​

Refunds are processed once we have received and checked your returned item. You will be refunded via the same payment method used for your purchase, and we will notify you when processing is complete.

UNSUITABLE RETURNS

​

• Items returned after the 7-day period will not be refunded and cannot be returned to you.

• For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-returnable unless faulty, unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

• All items must be returned with original tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
