What shipping services do we offer?
We offer 1st & 2nd class postage via Royal Mail.
1st class;
Aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
2nd class;
Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.
Both options come with a tracking number to track your parcel after it’s been dispatched & also a £20 compensation cover.

What’s the timeframe for order dispatch?
Our goal is to send out orders within one working day. Orders made after 2pm may get processed the next working day at peak busy times in the shop.
Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays and peak periods).

How long does delivery take?
Once we dispatch your parcel to Royal Mail we would anticipate receiving your package within 2-4 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, there might be an additional day.
We can not be held responsible for Royal Mail if there is any courier related delays which sometimes may occur beyond our control. However if this does happen do not hesitate to contact us & we will locate the parcel for you.

Refer to your dispatched email’s tracking link (also check your spam/junk folder).

Click & Collect Service
If you are local to our boutique & would prefer to save on postage you can pop in to collect.
Please note;
If you order after 12pm lunchtime your order may not be available to collect until the next working day.

However once your order is ready to collect you will be notified via email.
You can collect your order at any convenient time for you after you receive this email.
